Busy Season was created by a Certified Public Accountant who worked and provided services to recognized big four international and local accounting firms.
During the years he noted how the environment has changed with increase pressure for quality by the accounting firms regulator and increase pressure for flexibility by the work force and the clients. Noting the need for urgent recruiting needs during the season of regular employees and help by contractors. He noted the need for a staffing company with experience and expertise in the field dedicated to help audit firms and accounting departments with direct hiring and temporary resources.
Busy Season is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Our Managing Director holds the CPA, CFE and CGMA certifications. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Association of Latino Professionals of America.
